Goa bags best stall award at Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF),2014
Panaji – Goa has been awarded the best designed stall at the Travel and Tourism Fair (TTF) Bangalore held recently. The three day fest brought together 175 participants, including representation from 19 Indian states and nine countries.
The Goa’s stall had the participation of more than seven travel and trade operators and saw a peak of more than 2500 holiday explorers during visiting hours, in addition to visits from trade representatives.
The stall, done in classic Goan architectural style attracted keen eyeballs from members of the travel trade and general public, eager for a taste of Goa.
The participating states included Gujarat, Himachal Pradesh and Andhra Pradesh along with Kerala, Jammu and Kashmir, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand. Other states being represented were Lakshadweep, Maharashtra, Pondicherry, Rajasthan, Sikkim, Tamil Nadu, West Bengal, Delhi, Bihar and Punjab. The international participation was led by Nepal, the Partner Country of the event and Malaysia, the Feature Country. It also had participants from Singapore, Maldives, Indonesia, Bali, Mauritius, and Bhutan.
