Mo Farah says Usain Bolt is his inspiration
London – British long-distance runner Mo Farah has revealed Usain Bolt is his inspiration.
Farah said that Bolt inspired him on a daily basis to carry on winning, as he is about to attend the BBC Sports Personality of the Year this Sunday.
According to the BBC, Farah is second favourite behind Wimbledon champion Andy Murray to win the prize.
Farah concedes that staying at the top is even harder than getting there in the first place.
Earlier this week Somali-born Farah admitted to feeling that some negativity still exists towards him.
He said that he never dreamt of achieving success after coming to Britain as an eight-year old kid.
He added that it makes him proud. Proud to be able to say he run for Great Britain and proud to be able to look back at times for making his country proud
