New Satellite Gives Earlier Solar Storm Warning

Launching Sunday, a deep space climate satellite will dramatically improve solar storm warnings. The joint NASA-NOAA-US Air Force mission could save trillions of dollars back on earth, increasing time needed to prepare for severe solar weather. (Feb. 6)
