Navy Yard Building Reopens After 2013 Shooting
The Washington Navy Yard building that was the site of a mass shooting in 2013 has reopened after extensive renovations. The building received a traditional Navy christening with the breaking of a bottle of champagne on the exterior of the site. (Feb. 2)
