Oil prices to rebound by end of the year: OPEC Chief

OPEC Secretary General Abdallah Salem el-Badri, in an exclusive interview with NDTV’s Shweta Rajpal Kohli, defended OPEC’s decision to hold on to supply despite prices tumbling. He said OPEC will cut oil supplies only if the other oil producing countries also decide to cut.
