‘My help to India not restricted to HSBC’: Black money whistleblower Herve Falciani to NDTV
Former HSBC employee-turned-whistleblower Herve Falciani, whose disclosures caused a global storm this week, has told NDTV that he has signed the proposal sent by the Indian government inviting him to give information for India’s black money probe. Finance Minister Arun Jaitley has recently said that they are awaiting word from him. Herve Falciani was contacted by the government after an exclusive interview to NDTV in November. He says India has offered him reward of 5 per cent over the tax he will help them recover. He says that he will make the sum public and donate it towards fighting corruption.
