The Mumbai skyline could dramatically grow taller and taller if the proposal to increase space for homes is accepted. Developers claim that sky-high real estate prices will drop and dream home will be affordable. But are you convinced? The builder lobby appears elated but many ask: where is the infrastructure to support all of this?
