In a Meerut home, 4 children found with throats slit

The bodies of four children, aged between four and 15 years, were found in a house on the outskirts of Meerut in Uttar Pradesh on Monday. The police say the children’s throats had been slit. The children, believed to be siblings, reportedly shifted to this house in the city’s Samar Garden with their family just three days ago. The police say that their father is in jail.
