Elections likely for Delhi, all parties confirm they cannot form government

Delhi seems to be headed for fresh elections, with Lieutenant Governor Najeeb Jung confirming on Monday evening that all key parties have “expressed their inability to form the government” in Delhi. He will send a report to the President, a statement said.
