Bengaluru blast a terror attack, says Karnataka Home Minister

A woman died and three were injured in a blast outside a popular restaurant in the Church Street area in the heart of Bengaluru. Karnataka Home Minister KJ George told NDTV that the explosion was a terror attack, although no one has yet claimed responsibility for the blast.
