Indian government must sell more spectrum: Qualcomm

Derek Aberle, President at Qualcomm talks to NDTV about Indian government’s decision of not auctioning additional spectrum. He says that the demand of telecom giants is clear – sell more spectrum. More spectrum links in to growth over a period of time, he added.
