Early leads show BJP ahead in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand
Votes are being counted in Jammu and Kashmir and Jharkhand for assembly elections and the BJP is leading the table in both states in early trends. Significantly, among the seats it is leading in J&K, is one from the Kashmir region. The BJP has never won in the Valley.
