Can’t leave issue of bringing back black money to govt: Supreme Court

The Supreme Court rapped the Centre for seeking modification of its order to reveal the names of all foreign bank account holders, on the plea that it can disclose names only post investigation on illegality of bank accounts. Economic experts and politicians representing different parties put forth their opinion on the problem of black money, tax evasion and also debate whether the government’s hands are really tied so as to not be able to release names of Indians who hold foreign bank accounts.
