Non-corporate small business: The real backbone of India’s economy

This is a story of the India Uninc, which forms nearly six crore enterprises of the country’s non-corporate small business sector. This sector contributes about 45% to India’s GDP and employs over 46 crore people, which is 90% of India’s total employment. It also produces goods and services worth Rs 6.28 lakh crores every year and is the real backbone of India’s economy.
