The National Conference (NC) and Congress alliance has won the Jammu and Kashmir assembly elections, marking the first since 2014, the first as a Union Territory, and the first after the removal of Article 370. In Haryana, the BJP made history by securing a third consecutive term, winning 48 seats, while Congress secured 37. PM Modi expressed gratitude to the people of Haryana for their support. In J&K’s 90-seat assembly, NC and Congress won 49 seats, BJP 29, and PDP 3, with AAP celebrating its first victory in the region.
