Six Killed in Road Mishap in Rajasthan

JAIPUR: Six persons were killed when a car in which they were travelling collided head on with a truck in Barmer district of Rajasthan, police said Wednesday.

The incident occurred on Phalodi highway at Durgapura bus stand when the victims were returning home in Shergarh town in Jodhpur district from a temple in Jasol.

The deceased identified as Milapchand (22), Manish (25), his wife Roshani (21) and three siblings Rakhi (15), Rinki (12) and Swaroop (11), died on the spot, they said.

Bodies have been sent for post mortem, police said adding, further investigations are on in the case.
