Geetika suicide case: Gopal Kanda’s bail granted
New Delhi – After 18 months in Tihar jail , former Haryana Home Minister Gopal Kanda on Tuesday granted bail by the court . Kanda air hostess Geetika Sharma, the main accused in the case of suicide . Rohini Court , the court of Additional Sessions Judge Yashwant Kumar personal bond of Rs five lakh and five – five million dollars bail on the condition of two of them provide relief .
Earlier, the Delhi High Court recently co-accused in the case, and MDLR company’s senior manager Aruna Chadha has been granted bail .
Kanda leave Delhi court and not go out of the country without permission is granted bail on the condition . Also ordered them to submit their passport . Now the next date of hearing will be on March 15 , will have to appear in court that day to Kanda . Five August 2012 Kanda company ‘s MDLR air hostess Geetika Sharma, Ashok Vihar , 23, committed suicide by hanging in his house . In its two- page suicide note Gopal Kanda and Aruna Chadha responsible for his death was told .
