Black money case: SC tells Centre to form SIT within a week
NEW DELHI: The Supreme Court on Friday gave the Centre a week’s time to notify a Special Investigation Team to probe black money stashed in foreign banks by Indians.
The SIT will be supervised by two retired apex court judges.
The top court also asked Centre to secure safely all documents and names of Indian account holders in LGT Bank, Liechtenstein, given to India by Germany.
