Nelson Mandela ‘on his death bed, but still a fighter’, says family

Johannesburg – Former South African president Nelson Mandela’s family has said that although he is on death bed, he is still a fighter.
His daughter, Makaziwe Mandela, said that her father is very strong and courageous, even on his death bed, News24 reports.

His grandson Ndaba Mandela said that although he is not doing well at home in bed, he is still with the family.

Mandela was discharged in September after staying in a Pretoria hospital for almost three months for a recurring lung infection. He has been under intensive care at his Johannesburg home.
