Despite the Code of Conduct RBI will issue new bank licenses : Chidambaram

New delhi – It will not impact on the electoral code of conduct applicable to issue new banks licenses . The decisions have already been announced , they will also ineffective . Finance Minister P Chidambaram on Wednesday said these things somewhere .
