Coal blocks scam: first charge sheet filed by the CBI

New Delhi – coal block allocation scam , the CBI ‘s first chargesheet filed on Monday . Economic Power Pvt Ltd and its two Nidskon CBI against fraud and conspiracy charges .
The charge sheet filed in a Delhi court has said that the company, along with two other companies to get coal block allocation presenting inaccurate facts.

Director of Economic Power Private Limited Harish Prasad said he was surprised by the charge sheet because they were present no wrong facts . He said he has full cooperation in the investigation by CBI .

CBI has already registered 16 FIR in this case  . Agency for 2006 and 2009 allocation of coal mines between 1993 and 2004 after the initial investigation were the FIR . The agency believes that arbitrary coal block was allocated to benefit some companies . According to the CAG 1.86 lakh crore to the exchequer of the country suffered .
