Agra: Aam Aadmi Party chief Arvind Kejriwal, who is on a three-day roadshow in Uttar Pradesh, was on Monday shown black flags in Agra.

On Sunday, Kejriwal addressed a rally in Kanpur and lashed out at BJP prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi saying there was no Modi wave in the country. “Modi wave is only on TV channels because of paid opinion polls’,” he alleged.

He also criticised Modi for not clarifying his stand on the FDI. “Three days back Modi didn’t speak about FDI in retail, it implies that Wal-Mart has paid BJP as well,” Kejriwal said.
The AAP leader further said he will visit Gujarat for five days and take a note of the development over there. “I have heard a lot about Gujarat’s development, I am going to see the development over there, I will be in the state for five days,” he added.

Kejriwal also asserted that in the 2014 Lok Sabha elections the party will win more seats than the Congress. “It is certain that AAP will get more seats than the Congress in the general elections,” he said.

Kejriwal’s three-day yatra in the politically significant Uttar Pradesh began from Hardoi on Saturday.

The yatra, which was launched on Saturday with a focus on the upcoming Lok Sabha elections proceeded to Unnao and reached Kanpur on Sunday afternoon where Kejriwal addressed a rally at the Ram Lila Ground.

Kejriwal’s 500-km rally started from the party office in Kaushambi in Ghaziabad on Saturday morning with an aim to cover nearly 15 Lok Sabha seats in the state.
