London – Chelsea manager Jose Mourinho does not think his side is good enough to win the Premier League, according to reports.

According to the Mirror, Mourinho feels he inherited a Chelsea squad in decline and one that had slipped too far behind to become champions in his first season back.

He claims they would be top if they had a prolific striker, but his front three of Fernando Torres, Demba Ba and Samuel Eto`o have managed just four league goals between them, the report said.

Mourinho, who sent Romelu Lukaku out on loan to Everton where he has been a big hit, was frustrated by the lack of goals from his strikers and does not expect to be given the money to buy a new forward in January, the report added.

The manager also said it is hard for him to make an impact this season because he cannot improve old players.
